Dr. Housam Bada

Dr Bada brings over 20 years of medical experience to Opal Medical Clinic. He practices the full scope of family medicine and has been caring for patients in Alberta for the past 10 years after completing his residency at the University of Alberta.

Dr. Housam Bada has special interests in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, asthma, allergies, and a variety of office procedures, including mole removal, treatment of lumps and bumps, and IUD and Nexplanon insertion. He is committed to providing thorough, compassionate, and patient-centered care, with a strong focus on long-term wellness and clear communication.

Fluent in both English and Arabic, Dr. Bada values making patients feel understood and supported in their health journey.

Outside of his medical practice, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and hiking.
